Welcome to Transaction Hash Escrow. By applying for an ILVID (International Location & ID Verification Licence), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of ILVID

ILVID serves as an identity verification and accountability mechanism for remote transactions where services, studies, jobs, deliveries, or loans are provided before payment.

2. Consent & Data Release

By submitting your application, you consent that:

• If you fail to comply with agreed obligations, the information you provided (ID, address, town, country, purpose) may be released to the verified service provider and relevant authorities where legally required.
• Transaction Hash Escrow is not responsible for repayment or fulfillment of services.
• All information is used solely for verification and accountability purposes.

3. Licence Fee

A one-time licence issuance fee applies only after your documents are reviewed and approved. Payment must be completed via cryptocurrency before your ILVID number is issued.

4. Data Security & Privacy

• Your submitted information is stored securely and confidentially.
• We implement best practices to prevent unauthorized access.
• Minimal information will be displayed during ILVID verification to protect your privacy.

5. Limitations & Liability

• Transaction Hash Escrow is not a law enforcement agency and does not guarantee repayment, job completion, or delivery.
• ILVID provides a documented verification record only and does not enforce transactions.
